Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required, with the exception of high season where a minimum stay of 5 nights is required.

Cancellation/No show for Goldwynn Resorts and Residences Riviera Bahamas

Confirmed reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival and will receive a full refund to the original payment method or resort credit. Refunds are not possible nor can be processed in the event of a cancellation made 29 days prior to arrival. Any reservation cancellation request must be MADE IN WRITING via the following emails customerservice@OdogwuRLV.com. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival or no show will result in the full payment being forfeited in its entirety. Early departure will result in forfeiting the payment. Resort credit will be valid for 2 years from the date that is given.

Mexico Modification and Cancellation Policy

ANY MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF A CONFIRMED RESERVATION MUST BE SENT BY EMAIL at customerservice@OdogwuRLV.com.

Any changes to a reservation within 48 hours prior to arrival will have a penalty of $150.00, and it must be paid before checking in. You may request one change to your booking, and this must be received via email no less than 30 days prior to arrival in writing. Failure to provide 30 days’ notice will result in your modification being denied. If further changes are required, the customer will be advised to cancel the existing reservation and rebook, subject to availability. All modifications must be for the same calendar year and are subject to availability.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Confirmed reservations can be canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival and will receive full credit; any reservation cancellation request must be MADE IN WRITING. Any cancellation with less than 30 days prior to arrival or a no-show will result in the payment being forfeited entirely and will be subject to the payment of 3-night all-inclusive fee per accommodation. Refunds are not possible, nor can they be processed in the event of a cancellation.

Dominican Republic’s Modification and Cancellation Policy

An original ID is to be provided at reception upon arrival.

A Resort Fee of USD$10 per person per night is payable to the hotel upon check-in.

Alteration and Cancellation Policy

ANY MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF A CONFIRMED RESERVATION MUST BE SENT BY EMAIL at customerservice@OdogwuRLV.com.

Any alteration or cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be requested at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. If changes or cancellations are NOT made within this timeframe, the full amount of the payment will be forfeited. However, for all changes and cancellations requested within this period, the customer will receive resort credit for the amount paid. Resort credit must be used within one year of being issued. Please note that refunds are not offered.

Dubai’s Modification and Cancellation Policy

As per Government regulations, an original Emirates ID or original Passport is to be provided at reception upon arrival.

A Tourism Fee of 20 AED (USD$5.50) per room, per night, chargeable by the government of Dubai, is payable by the customer to the hotel upon check in.

Any modification or cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be requested at least 30 days prior to the arrival date to avoid the full payment being forfeited. For all changes and cancellations requested within this timeframe, the customer will be provided with resort credit for the original charge. The customer must use resort credits within one year. Otherwise, the resort credit will be forfeited. Refunds are only offered if the reservation is canceled in writing after more than 30 days upon arrival. If a reservation is canceled or the number of nights or the size of the accommodation type is decreased with less than two days (48 hours) notice, the customer will be charged one night on the meal plan booked.
