  • Cancellations made within 15 days of your arrival date will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the credit card used for the booking.
  • No shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

  • In the event of an early departure, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your stay.

  • We understand that extenuating circumstances can arise. In such cases, we will review requests for exceptions to our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. Documentation supporting the extenuating circumstance may be required.

Processing Time for Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 10 business days of cancellation approval.
