General Reservation Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund (minus a processing fee of 49 per reservation).
- Cancellations made within 15 days of your arrival date will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the credit card used for the booking.
- No shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Early Departure:
- In the event of an early departure, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your stay.
Special Offers and Packages:
- Certain special offers and packages may have specific cancellation policies that differ from this general policy. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the offer or package at the time of booking.
Holiday Bookings:
- Cancellations for reservations made during holidays or blackout dates may have stricter cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions at the time of booking.
Travel Disruptions and Cancellations:
- We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by flight cancellations, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend travel insurance to protect yourself against such events.
Refunds for Extenuating Circumstances:
- We understand that extenuating circumstances can arise. In such cases, we will review requests for exceptions to our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. Documentation supporting the extenuating circumstance may be required.
Processing Time for Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 10 business days of cancellation approval.
